Terms of Service

The Consult Call Analyzer ("the Service") is provided by Globo Health LLC ("we," "us"). By purchasing access or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service analyzes de-identified consultation call transcripts you upload and returns structured coaching feedback based on a proprietary sales methodology. It is a training and coaching tool for you, the practitioner. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of business results.

2. Your license

Your one-time purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for one practitioner to analyze their own consultation calls. Sharing your account, analyzing calls on behalf of other practitioners, or using the Service as part of an agency, team, or done-for-you offering is not included in this license. If that describes you, contact us about team access. We may suspend accounts whose usage patterns indicate license sharing or automated abuse; fair-use limits apply that no individual practitioner analyzing their own calls will encounter in normal use.

3. No protected health information

You must de-identify every transcript before uploading it. Use the included Transcript Privacy Cleaner, which runs entirely on your device, and personally review its output before upload. Remove all names, contact details, locations, dates of birth, record numbers, and any other detail that could identify a client or patient.

The Service is not designed to receive, store, or process protected health information (PHI). We do not accept PHI, we automatically reject uploads that appear to contain identifying details, and you agree not to submit them. The Service is not HIPAA compliant, and we are not a business associate to you or your practice; no business associate agreement is created by these terms. Responsibility for de-identification rests with you.

4. What we store and for how long

De-identified transcripts are retained for 60 days to power follow-up analyses, then deleted automatically.
Analysis results (including short quoted excerpts from your de-identified transcripts) remain available in your account.
Transcript content is processed by our AI provider under configurations that do not use your content to train their models.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, resell access, or upload content you do not have the right to use. Recording consent for your calls is your responsibility under your local laws.

6. Disclaimers

Coaching feedback is generated by AI against a fixed methodology and may contain errors; use your professional judgment. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
